John Q. Miller

Died-At Algonquin, Illinois. John Q. Miller, aged 46. In August, 1862, Mr. Miller enlisted in Co. I 95th Ill. Regt. He was discharged in 1863 for disability, in 1864 he enlisted in the 8th Ill. Cavalry and served in that regiment to the close of the war. Mr. Miller leaves a wife and four children to mourn his loss. He was a great sufferer for a number of years, but now we trust he is at rest . He was buried at the cemetery on the hill. Rev. Monroe, of Dundee, conducted the services.
