James Marshall

 

A number from Algonquin attended the funeral of James Marshall at Dundee on Tuesday, January 9th. Mr. Marshall was an old resident, coming here (Algonquin) in 1859 and lived here until a few years ago when he moved to Iowa, where he died June 5th, of LaGrippe, aged 64 years. He married Miss Emily Dygert in 1863, she and six children are left to mourn his loss. He was a brother of John Marshall of Nunda, and a man highly respected by all who know him. The bereaved family have the sympathy of their many friends.
